Autumn in Monferrato.
Six sculptures, each individually dedicated to Monferrato: autumn, the harvest, the hills, water, and the work of the land. They are born from reclaimed materials sourced from Monferrato-based companies—plexiglass and plastics that heat transforms into form and color. Unique pieces, domestic in scale, by an artist whose work is included in the collections of the White Truffle Museum of Alba and in private collections: a rare and accessible way to own one.
GIORGIO GROSSO
- 01 At eighteen, I was already teaching art education in middle schools, both daytime and evening classes. In the evening classes, I was the youngest person in the room.
- 02 For years, I accompanied friends in off-road vehicles along the dirt tracks of the Costa Smeralda Rally.
- 03 I’m a good cook and I enjoy preparing traditional Monferrato and Piedmontese dishes—bagna càuda, donkey stew, bagnetto, Piedmontese antipasto, and vitello tonnato—to the delight of family and friends.
