Tre cose che (forse) non sapete su di me
- 01 As a boy, I badly broke my arm playing football. The bone was broken in half, my arm dangling at a right angle. I left the hospital with a bandage over my eye and my arm in a sling. My spirits were at rock bottom.
- 02 The first sign that my career would be in publishing came from a small publisher in Marseille who published pornographic comics. As there was no internet, I went looking for references in suburban newsstands, with fake moustaches and dark glasses.
- 03 At 18, to celebrate graduating, I left for Ireland. We spent a few days drinking beer, sleeping in the car, and bailing water out of the tent. But what really mattered was having managed to get our lives on the road.
« I can't be objective. Monferrato was the stage of my childhood. The childhood of summer holidays, lucky and carefree. Among its soft hills, combed by rows of Barbera and Grignolino, I was happy. Now that I've grown up, cultivating a restless soul, constantly on the move, it's here in Monferrato that I like to return. To feel at home. »
